My daughter is 5 and has been complaining of tooth pain, she has a scheduled cleaning for Nov 30th so we have told her to brush really well as when we first looked we didnt notice anything wrong and figured a tooth was starting to grow in. Now, we noticed that her to bottom front teeth(yes both of them) are a little but still hardly loose. But the big shocker was that her Bottom two permanet teeth have already broken through and are behind the baby teeth. Should I be worried?

But if they%26#039;re loose at all, chances are it will be fine and they will come out by themselves. Reply:No this happens a lot. The new teeth will continue to push out the old teeth. If they come all the way in and the old teeth aren%26#039;t out yet then a DR. might want to pull them.
Reply:My girls are 8 and 9 and I guarantee you the bottom teeth will push the top teeth out.
