Do molar teeth get loose/fall out?

I never had a molar teeth get loose, you know those big teeth, and im 13.


and 2 of my molars are cavities.

Yes they can. Gum diseases, lack of good oral hygiene, drug usage, and other factors can lead to lose of teeth. Even molars.
