the teeth underneth started to come out alittle too early, and so its not so loose anymore.. should i just get some dentest to pull it out?.. or should i wait for it to be loose again?
or do you have anyother advises?

Go to the dentist and have him pull it, that is probable you baby tooth and your permanent tooth is try to push it way throw.

Reply:when ever you see a permanent replacement tooth coming with a retained milk tooth it is better to get it pulled out by a dentist if you are unable to do it
