Yep its normal...however take some Advil for the pain every 6-8 hours..What i found also is put ice cold water in your mouth until you have to swallow it . It would be like putting an ice pack on your knee...good luck ....you should feel better within the week...
Reply:When I got my braces it hurt really bad for about the first 3 days. They also felt like they were loose, even though they're really not.
Reply:Sounds normal. When I first had mines, my whole mouth was sore. Felt like my teeth were loose but they're adjusting to the wires and brackets. I stuck w/soft foods for a while and took pain killer. It'll get better soon. Good luck!
Reply:of course it will hurt, its normal... it happened with me don't worry! and I'm fine now, i removed the braces and I'm OK.
but later on everything will be fine... you won't feel any pain anymore. take care
