What does it mean when you loose your teeth in dreams?

Recently in all of my dreams at some point Teeth just fall out of my mouth. I wake up feeling around with my tongue to make sure they are all there. what does this mean?

What does it mean when you loose your teeth in dreams?
In general it probably has associations with loss
Reply:to dream of loosing your teeth is mostly a really bad dream, it portends the loss of a friend or relative, to dream they all fall out is a sign of your own demise, they say after you've had a bad dream like this, bite it against something wooden and pray that whatever the bad dream means doesnt come true, its only a saying but it worked for me, i hope it works for you too.
Reply:Wow... I have this happen alot too. I know that I need some dental work. I recently did lose half of a tooth and I had to have it fixed. I think it is your body's way of telling you to have your teeth checked.

: )
Reply:To many Spanish people it means a death is on the horizon. No, it does not mean yours, someone that you know.
Reply:very intersting reading, above answers. but you see, it means somethign different for differnet people. it represents an anxiety of yours. it could be about actual dental work, but most likely not. have you ever had a fear of losing your teeth? i used to have one, and thats what caused my dreams. whats sure though, is look at what emotion you experience during the dream - relate this to what is happening in your life, thats what it means for YOU.
Reply:Definitely if there's a chance you might have tooth problems, I'd have it checked out. However, usually loosing teeth is a dream about feeling powerless--having no "bite" in other words. Is something going on where you feel like you don't have much control or that makes you feel ignored?
